Next, visit Dr. Twig and ask about bringing Synthea to your side.
Dr. Twig will express concern and ask if you're certain.
Press the issue to proceed.
Dr. Twig will then give you a choice. You can either leave Synthea as a bimbo with adjusted loyalties or you can restore her intelligence.
Dr. Twig will be relieved if you suggest keeping Synthea as a bimbo.
You will be given one last chance to restore Synthea's intelligence. You can choose whichever you'd like.
If you suggest restoring Synthea's intelligence, Primrose will show up and drug Dr. Twig to force their compliance.
Dr. Twig will then ask if you want to restore Synthea's intelligence, change her loyalties, and keep the ethical inhibitors in place.
After you make your choice, Dr. Twig will tell you that Synthea will be sent to report to you when she is ready.
Go to work and eventually you'll see an event where Synthea will arrive.
She will be dressed as a bimbo nurse or a scientific nurse depending on your choice.
You will then present her to the manager who will explain her new role and how you fit into AIKO's grand plan.
