He will talk about his past beliefs towards the boss, then share details about how his programming has made him less loyal.

You then make the pitch to have Primrose join AIKO in overthrowing Pawn. Primrose will express shock and doubt, but will be willing to hear you out.

You will then get the chance to discuss why Primrose should agree with your plans. This is played out by discussing:
Discuss the harm, Pawn's flagrant violation of the rules have harmed the company
Talk about how Pawn has failed to reward merit.
Mention the effects of Pawn's over-compensation
During the discussion, you can ask Primrose about the Book of Laws.
The answers aren't as revelatory as you might have hoped.
After discussing all three points, you can then try to seal the deal. This leads to a choice of how to appeal to Primrose.
You must be AIKO's avatar to assert your dominance
If you hesitate, then AIKO will be disappointed then take over.
AIKO will then finish what you started.
Visit Primrose in his lab to check on his progress.
Primrose will greet you and AIKO will appear to discuss plans for the future.
AIKO will discuss any recruitments that you have already completed. The AI will point to Candy, Nursula, Twig, and Synthea.
Dialogue will change depending on where those characters are in your story.
Dialogue also changes depending on whether you are AIKO's avatar, servant, or slave.
You can then get to work on other recruiting.
You can tell AIKO that Primrose would be better suited servicing your needs, than sitting at the table as an equal.
AIKO will drain Primrose's skills and program subroutines so that his work seems to remain the same. Primrose will then become a willing sub to your needs.
