You start the game as a "probationary" [SISSY] Secretary. From there, here's how to climb the corporate ladder.
To become a "Junior" [SISSY] Secretary when you finish stage 2.
There are three further promotions possible: (Secretary, Senior Secretary, Executive Secretary)
Becoming a Secretary and then a Senior Secretary requires the following.
In Stage 3 or higher
Complete more than 130% of your work in a week.
Becoming an Executive Secretary requires the following:
Completed Stage 4 "Job Interview" event (which triggers after completing stage 4 Class events)
Complete more than 140% of your work in a week.
Each promotion comes with a pay raise. But the amount depends on how happy Antlers is with you.
Min anger and Max affection result in the maximum raise.
The first two pay raises are 10 credits + up to 30% of your current weekly rate.
The third pay raise is 10 credits + up to 45% of your current weekly rate.
The minimum % for the third raise is 20%
After each pay raise, you will also receive a new title. But your required work per week will also go up 20%.
Note: This is compounding, so a Senior Secretary is expected to do 144% the work of a Junior Secretary.
In Stage 4, your title is also augmented by how many "skills" you've proven yourself to Antlers in Stage 4 in (ie: got 20 in):
3-4 checked out = "Advanced"
5-6 checked out = "Elite"
7-8 checked out = "Paragon"
Reaching Executive Secretary raises the maximum work multiplier from 2x to 5x. This means you can complete more work/time worked (if your skills, etc. are high enough)
