We care about protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Secondly and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“Secondly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and share your personal information when you access or use the Secondly mobile application (the “App”) or any associated features, content, or pages owned or operated by us (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of any third parties that Secondly does not own or control.
Please read this Policy and our Terms and Conditions carefully. By using Secondly or our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must stop using our Services immediately.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you by posting a notice in the App or through other appropriate communication methods. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Policy.

a. Account Information
When you register for an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, password, and other information necessary to create and manage your account.

We do not store your contacts on our servers. The App may access your contact list only on your device to identify other registered users you can connect with through our Services. This information is processed locally and is not uploaded or stored by us.
c. Call and Usage Data
When you use our calling features, we may collect metadata such as call logs, call duration, timestamps, and usage patterns to provide and improve our Services. We do not record or store the content of your calls unless required by law.

We use your information to:
Provide and operate the Secondly App and Services.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage trends. You can manage or disable these in your device/browser settings, but some features may not work properly without them.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can be 100% secure, and you share information at your own risk.

Your information may be stored or processed in countries outside your own, which may have different data protection laws. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.
7. Data Management After Deletion
In the Secondly app, you can move your data to the trash if you wish to delete it. Any data placed in the trash while your account remains active will stay there for up to 30 days, depending on the feature. After this period, the data will no longer be accessible through the app and will be permanently deleted from our active servers within the next 30 days.
We also maintain secure backups of our databases, which are retained for up to an additional 30 days. This means that any data moved to the trash is completely removed from all systems and logs within 90 days.
If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will also be deleted. You can start this process at any time through the Account Deletion option in the app.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. You may delete your account through the App settings or by contacting us.
