Welcome to Secondly (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. 

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the App or on our website, and your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. 

1. Eligibility 

You must be at least 4 years old to use our Services. If you are under 17, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission. 

2. Account Registration & Security 

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. 

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

3. Use of the Services 

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not: 

• Use the Services to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others. 

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive calling. 

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. 

4. Paid Services & Subscriptions 

• Some features require payment or a subscription. Prices and terms will be displayed before purchase. 

• Payments are processed securely through third-party app stores or payment providers. 

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. 

• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. 

5. Call Features & Limitations 

• Call quality may vary depending on network conditions and your device. 

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 

• We do not record call content unless required by law. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App are owned by Secondly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. 

7. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or for other legitimate business reasons. 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secondly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. 

10. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secondly, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms. 

11. Governing Law
