Account Deletion Policy

You may delete your account directly from within the Second Calling Number app by going to the Settings menu and selecting the “Delete Account” option. 

Please note the following important details regarding account deletion: 

Permanent Deletion: Once you confirm deletion, your account and all associated data — including call logs, text messages, and saved preferences — will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone. 

Phone Number Release: After deletion, your Second Calling Number will be released and cannot be recovered. You will also no longer be reachable through this number. 

Active Subscriptions: Before deleting your account, please make sure to cancel any active subscriptions linked to your account to avoid further charges.
