Central Luzon State University (CLSU) is one of the leading state universities in the Philippines, located in Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. The institution has a long history that began in 1907, when it was established as Central Luzon Agricultural School (CLAS). At that time, the institution mainly focused on providing education in agriculture and technical skills for the community in the Central Luzon region.

Over time, the institution continued to develop and expand. In 1950, it became Central Luzon Agricultural College (CLAC), and later in 1964 it was officially established as Central Luzon State University. Since then, CLSU has grown into a comprehensive university offering various academic programs in science, technology, education, agriculture, and social sciences.

CLSU is also recognized as one of the important research centers in the Philippines, particularly in the fields of agriculture and technological development. In addition, the university actively collaborates with various educational institutions in Southeast Asia through international programs such as SEA Teacher, which provide opportunities for students to experience academic and cultural exchange.

University Science High School (USHS) is a secondary school under the supervision of Central Luzon State University. The school was established in 1976 with the aim of providing high-quality secondary education with a strong focus on science, technology, and academic excellence.

As a science-oriented school, USHS maintains high academic standards and implements a curriculum designed to develop students’ critical thinking, analytical, and innovative skills. In addition to classroom learning, students are encouraged to participate in various academic activities such as research projects, scientific programs, and academic competitions.

The learning environment at USHS supports interactive and collaborative learning between teachers and students. The school also serves as a training ground for pre-service teachers, including participants from international programs such as SEA Teacher, creating opportunities for educational collaboration and cultural exchange.
