Welcome to Seaforth Children’s Garden
Nestled between sea and meadow, Seaforth Children’s Garden is a place where childhood unfolds gently, in rhythm with nature and the seasons. Our days are filled with song, storytelling, handcrafts, and the simple joys of outdoor play. Here, children are invited to explore the world with wonder — tending the garden, baking bread, and discovering the magic woven into each moment. Rooted in Waldorf philosophy and guided by the beauty of the natural world, we seek to nurture warm hearts, capable hands, and curious minds.

What is Waldorf-Inspired Education?
At Seaforth Children’s Garden, our approach is rooted in the warmth and rhythm of Waldorf education — a philosophy that honors the head, heart, and hands of every child. We believe learning unfolds naturally through imagination, rhythm, and connection to the seasons.
Our days flow gently: singing and stories in circle time, hands busy with baking or handwork, and long stretches of outdoor play in all weather. We mark the changing seasons with simple, meaningful celebrations — lantern walks for Martinmas, candlelight for Advent, flower crowns for May Day, and joyful song for Midsummer.
We are Waldorf-inspired, blending the heart of the philosophy with the realities of modern family life — a few Lego bricks beside wool dolls, a rhythm guided by beauty and balance, not rigidity.
Here, children are free to grow slowly, explore deeply, and experience the wonder and magic of the natural world.
