a little about the "real" me...
I'm not a typical "therapist" - I'm pretty down-to-earth!
I'm married and have 2 rescue dogs. I'm an animal lover! I enjoy a sense of accomplishment with do-it-yourself home improvement or decorating projects. I love making things visually appealing and feeling like something is special or curated. I love traveling, architecture, art, aviation/military, culinary restaurant weeks, cooking, shopping, walks on the beach, swimming in the mornings, and spending time in the summer relaxing on the water enjoying our boat.
My favorite sports are from snow-capped cabins in the North (skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and hockey). I'm a Detroit Red Wings fan! I'm curious. I stay current with continuing education and attend conferences to learn new and interesting things. I'm an avid reader; the latest trends in psychological research, new treatments or studies, financial investment, science, history, and National Geographic are some of my favorites.
