Intake session & assessment (90 minutes)
Diagnosis, assessment & treatment plan formulation. This is an opportunity to share your story and feel deeply understood. This may be appropriate if you have previous history, have tried therapy before, or there are compounding factors impacting your decision to begin psychotherapy.
Therapeutic hour of psychotherapy (50 minutes)
Concentrated psychotherapy (100 minutes)
Longer sessions are helpful when you need to explore difficult issues and need more time in session to process.
A reduced fee agreement is available for financial hardship. As of November 1, 2024 the reduced fee agreement decreases cost of an individual therapy sessions to $100.
Full payment is due for appointments that are no-show, rescheduled, or canceled without 48 hours notice.
Not all services are covered by insurance.
Some insurances only cover specific places of service (therapy inside an office).
Criteria must be met for a mental health diagnosis & the diagnosis must be reported to health insurance.
While we verify coverage and give estimates, understanding your individual insurance benefits including deductibles and co-pays is your responsibility and varies greatly by plan. It is your responsibility to keep track of when during the year your deductible re-sets, if your employer changes your plan, and if your co-pays increase. Using health insurance is an ever-evolving dynamic dependent on your plan and employer.
