Every year, Muslim in the world celebrating the Eid al-adha day, sharing food and animals meat to others. We realized that every year in the world include Indonesia using more than 10.000 single-use plastic as packaging for the qurban meat. We initiated the program that have a purpose to replace the single –use plastic packaging with more reusable local bags called Sumpit Salak. 




These bags are made of woven bamboo and are usually used as a fruit packaging by local people in Sumatera Utara. In 2022. we start educational collaboration with Masjid Agung Kota Sibolga (The Greatest Mosque of Sibolga) and reduce more than 500 single-use plastic and invite people to our stand learning about single-use plastic, the dangerous and the side effect of the single-use plastic not just for health also for environment. 




In the 2023 we starting the program and invite 2 mosques include Masjid Agung Kota Sibolga (the Greatest Mosque of Sibolga) to be our partner in the purpose of sustainable lifestyle during Eid al-Adha. We reduced more than 1200 single-use plastic and to reintroduce the traditional bags Sumpit Salak. 




On this program we always collaborate with local craftsman to empowering them and introduce the local bags to people who still curious about that. People love to know if this program using local people to contribute as a craftsman. Sometimes they also ask about the craftsman itself and open more collaboration to both of us in the fut
