Pathways to Science - Summer Internship Programs
Pathways to Science, a site that connects underrepresented populations to opportunities in STEM fields of study, maintains this list of aquaculture and fish biology based summer programs for high school students - some of them are even paid summer internships.

There are lots of disciplines represented here, and the scientists focused on fish biology and aquaculture are easy to find with a keyword search of "fish" or "aquaculture".
