My observation at Adamson has been an incredible learning experience. I have gained so much from watching my cooperating teacher, Miss Biantan, and the way she conducts her classes. She delivered the material on cohesive markers clearly, ensuring that students understood the lessons effectively. Her patience in guiding me has been truly inspiring—she always takes the time to mentor me and provides ample opportunities for me to practice and develop my teaching skills.

Initially, I observed all 10th-grade classes throughout the day, which helped me understand different teaching strategies and classroom interactions. The following week, Miss Biantan gradually entrusted me with teaching four classes a day, allowing me to build confidence and refine my instructional approach. Before my final demonstration, she gave me the chance to practice in one class, which significantly improved my ability to teach effectively.

This experience has played a crucial role in shaping my growth as an educator. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a dedicated mentor, and I now feel more prepared and confident in my teaching journey.
