The school participates in and implements events that exhibit and celebrate student and teacher efforts in STEM/STEAM. Students showcase their work in a variety of means for an authentic audience.

Creativity is encouraged and developed, risk-taking is emphasized, and teacher and student efforts are celebrated. School leaders acknowledge and allow time for unstructured, purposeful student and teacher innovation.

Communication tools are used to communicate STEM/STEAM efforts, programs, and opportunities in the school. Opportunities for students are communicated to all stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and the community.
