Continuous Appointment confirmation letter, May 5, 2010

After having been granted Continuous Appointment (tenure) in 2010 after the standard three-year probation period, I was no longer required to produce a written annual "Faculty Development Plan". Therefore, in the following years, I was required only to submit an annual "Self-Reflective Report" for Faculty Performance Policy purposes. I also discontinued the practice of submitting a formal quantitative analysis of student comments provided on SFIs, which was my own initiative, and not a requirement.

Starting in the Winter term of 2015, Red Deer College implemented an online Student Feedback Instrument system. As a result, sampling is different from the previous in-class questionnaires and the results are presented in a different format, which now includes anonymised student comments.
