Virtual parking permits may be requested online through the MySDCCD portal. Permits are valid for only one semester and expiration dates are indicated in the student portal.

• Student parking permits may be purchased via CASH at Mesa College Police Q-100. A valid student or government identification is required.

• Refunds - Requests for permit refunds may be submitted before the add/drop date of the semester to the Parking Services office at parking@sdccd.edu. Permit refunds will not be issued after the add/drop date has passed. Please make sure to include your student ID number in your request.

• Financial Aid/Third Party & Reduced Permit Fees:  Students receiving financial aid may not immediately see the reduced permit cost in their MyPortal. If they are expecting a discount, they should wait to purchase their permit. If a student purchases a full-price permit and is later eligible for the reduced fee, they may request a refund but note, the refund process can take several weeks.
