SDCRC raced hard on Saturday, with 16 keen members facing huge surf, that worsened throughout the day. It was tough going and the final 3 races were cancelled. On Sunday, the course was moved to calmer waters and the sprints were on! 4 Club members raced with Findochty, Cromba, Collieston and Tess skiffs and medalled in every race! Well done to all attendees, we learned so much, and challenged ourselves well.

SDCRC teamed up with Lochcarron and raced in Black Raven for the day. It was a great experience to try out different set ups in their skiff. SDCRC won the Joppa Award for Seamanship and Sportmanship. We also improved our finishing placings 100%, not finishing last in any race! We are on our way folks. A huge well done to all Racers, Coxes and supporting crew who attended, we had a fabulous day.
