The Traffic Enforcement Division of the Richland County Sheriff’s Department is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists throughout Richland County, South Carolina. Our mission is to reduce traffic-related injuries and fatalities by enforcing state and local traffic laws, educating the public on roadway safety, and collaborating with community partners to promote responsible driving behaviors.
