When you contact us, we discuss the type of exposure (viral, bacterial, or unknown), areas affected, and urgency. We walk you through the process and answer any questions, so you feel supported from the start. 

Discreet On-Site Evaluation

Our team arrives with full discretion and evaluates high touch surfaces, potential contamination zones, HVAC and air circulation concerns, rooms with heavy use or traffic, soft vs. hard surfaces, items requiring special disinfection. We then create a customized disinfection plan based on CDC and EPA guideline. 

Containment & Safety Protocols

To prevent further spread we will establish containment zones, use HEPA filtration where needed, wear medical grade PPE, follow strict OSHA safety standards, and limit cross contamination. 

Hospital Grade Disinfection & Pathogen Elimination 

Our disinfection process includes a multilayer approach to ensure thorough pathogen elimination. We apply a fine disinfecting mist that wraps around surfaces and hard to reach areas with electrostatic spraying. Areas include appliances, door handles, light switches, countertops, phones, keyboards, bathrooms, medical equipment etc. We use EPA registered hospital grade disinfectants that are effective against viruses (including COVID-19, influenza, RSV, norovirus, etc.) Bacteria including MRSA, staph, and strep. We also disinfect any fungi and mold related contaminants. 

Air Purification & Optional Odor Control 

For the higher risk cases, we use HEPA air scrubbers, air purification units and odor neutralizers (if needed). This helps improve indoor air quality and reduces airborne pathogen spread. 

Final Safety Check & Optional Clearance Testing

After disinfection, our technicians perform a final inspection to ensure complete coverage. If desired, we can help arrange third party lab testing to verify pathogen reduction levels. 

Documentation for Businesses, Schools, & Rentals
