Our certified technicians will arrive in an unmarked vehicle to protect your privacy. We walk through the property with you (only if you are comfortable) and identify all affected areas. We explain what needs to be done, answer any questions, and provide a clear estimate before beginning any work.

Safety Setup & Containment 

To protect your home and prevent cross-contamination is crucial for a proper cleanup. We will have controlled entry and exit zones. Our technicians wear full PPE and follow OSHA, EPA, and IICRC guidelines. Your safety and ours always comes first. 

Removal of Biohazards & Affected Materials

We will carefully remove all biohazardous materials, including blood, bodily fluids, contaminated items, or damaged belongings. When possible, we save or restore items with sentimental value. Anything that must be disposed of is handled according to state and federal biohazard regulations. 

Deep Cleaning & Sanitation

After physical debris are removed, we perform a multistep cleaning process. We use professional grade cleaning agents, hospital level disinfectants, and odor neutralizers, to ensure the environment is decontaminated, safe and free from harmful pathogens. 

Restoration of the Area

We return the space to a clean, livable, and respectful condition. Our goal is to make the environment feel normal and safe again, minimizing visual reminders of the event as much as possible.

If you choose to file an insurance claim, we can help you provide detailed photos and documentation to simplify the claims process to reduce your stress.
