What is a Chronotype?
A Chronotype is a special kind of sleeping pattern that every person has. Some people like to wake up early, while others like to wake up late. Some people can stay awake late at night, while others might have to go to bed sooner. Even the temperature of your room affects your chronotype! Some people like it hot, some cold, and some just right.

What Happens if You Use Technology Instead of Sleeping?
When you don't get enough sleep, your body has a harder time managing the food you eat.
If you don't sleep, you might feel hungrier and eat more.
If you don't sleep, you can't manage your emotions as well.
You might feel sad, anxious, or upset more easily.
Sleep helps your body fight disease and protects you from infections.
Without proper sleep, you are more likely to get sick!
While you sleep, the areas in your brain that help you with memory and attention grow.
You will have better memory and attention if you sleep!
