Screen time is important because it helps with learning and staying connected with others. But too much screen time can be bad as it may cause less exercise, poor sleep, and affect mental health.

No screens at family meals or outings
Put screens away one hour before bedtime
Use parental controls
Keep screens out of bedrooms
Go outside and play!
Screen time that engages you physically or cognitively.
-Things like dancing games, coding, or playing educational games.
-Can actually be helpful.
Scrolling through online content without reacting to it.
-Things like watching TV or scrolling on Instagram.
-Associated with things like depression, moodiness, anxiety, and even laziness.
