Use this site to review the latest process for submitting your Eagle Project for approval. This site also includes a direct link to the latest version of the Eagle Project Workbook, which includes the criteria for an Eagle Project, and must be completed before, during, and after a project is completed. Please note: DO NOT start work on an Eagle Project until it is approved by the Foothills District!
This site contains lots of great information for upcoming Eagle Scouts, though the most important resource on this site is the latest version of the Eagle Scout application, which contains a detailed breakdown of each requirements, and must be completed prior to requesting your Scoutmaster Conference and Board Of Review.
Please use the below process for submitting your Eagle Scout Application to the Atlanta Area Council for review prior to and following your Board Of Review.
While the process for requesting a Scoutmaster Conference remains the same (though it is often longer in nature, and held on a day separate from a Troop Meeting/event), the Board Of Review is requested from the District, rather than from the Troop Committee. This site provides details how this is scheduled in relation to the application being turned in. Your board will typically consist of three adults from the Troop (not your parents/guardians or Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmasters), and one District Representstive who will act as the host during the scheduled monthly Distrcit Boards.
