PTA Expenses

Please use this link to request reimbursement for expenditures on Scott School PTA activities and events. 

Classroom Request

If you are a teacher or staff member and would like to request reimbursement or a purchase for your classroom (up to $100 per school year), please fill out this form. For the 2026-2027 school year, the PTA can consider and respond to reimbursement requests after the FY 2026 budget is approved (anticipated at the general PTA meeting on 9/23/26).

For requests greater than $100 or to request use of Scotties Dash funds, please reach out to the school principal and treasurer@somosscott.org before requesting or purchasing items for reimbursement.

Specials Dash Funds

If you are a Specials teacher (PE, Music, Art, or Library) and would like to request Specials Dash funds, please fill out this form. Note that pre-approval from the school principal and PTA confirmation of available funds is required for requests greater than $100.
