Day 15: Read/Skim in textbook pages 303-307 about biotechnology, cloning and genetic engineering. Then show video about biotechnology. Use text packet and CER to debate biotechnology to answer the question, "Should John and Elsa use biotechnology to produce more milk?".
Day 16/17: Text Time! Read about dog breeding using artificial selection and genetic engineering and then "Create" your own dog based on its DNA. Lesson 5 on page 302-310 for a text resource.
