Data extraction 

At the end of each half term (or term), when the report cards are sent to the families, the school's digital referent, with our support, extracts the data in the form of a CVS file (one per subject and per class), which is then placed in our shared reference files (one per level). 

This file automates data management and generates results in the form of pass percentages by level and subject. e.g.: pass percentage for level G3 in science.

At the end of this phase, the data is extracted by the school and sent to our Data Centre.
