To enter the guests' order, you will need to enter your Server No. Your Lecturer will advise you of this - often its the number of your sideboard. You will need to enter the guests' table no. - the table no. is on the table.

Once you have been to the table and asked the guests for their menu choices, you need to enter the information into the system. This system sends the information to the kitchen team who will prepare the starters right away. Once you have cleared the guests finished starter plates, you need to send the information from the Maitre D' System to the kitchen, to signal to them to now prepare the main course dishes.
