1.  Ensure excellent Personal Presentation - See Hygiene and Personal grooming standard document below.

2.  Greet, welcome and thank every guest.

3.  Make eye contact with guests and smile.

4.  Anticipate, understand and meet guests’ needs.

5.  Display appropriate body language - no phones, drinks in view of guests or chewing gum.

6.  Provide immediate service recovery.
