Protocols

Important! Do not send your child to dance class if you have answered yes to any of the health screening questions below. Thank you for you cooperation!

Please stay home if you or your child is sick.
Parent/guardian may stay in waiting space during class or leave and come back at the end of class for pick up. If you are staying, please be aware that the waiting area is not closed off from the dance space. Be respectful and quiet of the teacher and dancer while class is in session.
Attendance: Teacher will take attendance at the start of class in the dance room.
Wearing a mask is optional for all who enter the building.
Please use hand sanitizer upon entering the building.
Please keep the doorway as clear as possible.
Student can hang belongings on a hook and enter waiting area until class is called into the dance room.
Student should walk right to a spot on the dance floor marked by a color X and be ready for attendance check.

Please be ready to meet your child at the end of class.
We ask that parents/guardians come into the building to pick up their children, rather than having students exit the building without an adult. Older students may leave the building without an adult, but teacher will watch their exit.

There are parking spaces out front of the studio, as well as the opposite side of the street, around the corner at the library, and surrounding streets.
Please be cautious of car traffic as well as foot traffic with classes exiting and entering the studio.

Payments can be given to the teacher, placed in our payment drop box in a labeled envelope, OR mailed to: PO Box 26, Earlville, NY 13332.
You can also use Venmo.
Please label payment with student name and what the payment is for.
If you would like a copy of your receipt, please let us know.
Payments must be made within the first week of each month. You can pay multiple months at one time as well. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Payments must paid in full for dancers to participate in recitals.
We do not prorate monthly payments. Students are able to make up any missed class time.
Use the online Registration form to sign up for classes this year!

Bring your own water bottle.
Bring proper dance shoes or other clean/dry shoes to wear during class based on class Dress Code.

Students will be socially distanced as much as possible during class time. We have marked dancer spots on the floor to help keep us spread out.
Masks are optional.
We encourage students to use hand sanitizer before and after class.

Along with the above protocols, we will be frequently cleaning/disinfecting the studio space, bathroom, and frequently touched surfaces.
We ask that you encourage your child to use the bathroom before coming to dance. We would like to limit the use of the bathroom as much as possible, and we would like to limit movement in and out of the dance room during classes.
