• Device Information: We may collect device identifiers for app functionality and fraud prevention. This may include anonymized identifiers such as your device model, operating system version, and general diagnostic data. We do not collect precise location data.

• Usage Data: Basic app usage statistics may be collected to improve our service.

• Purchase Information: Transaction data is processed by RevenueCat for subscription and in-app purchase management.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

3.1 AI Content Generation

• FAL.ai: Processes your text prompts to generate images. Data is sent to their servers for processing. View their privacy policy.

• Replicate: Processes your prompts and images to generate videos. Data is sent to their servers for processing. View their privacy policy.

When you submit prompts, the text you enter is transmitted to FAL.ai or Replicate for processing. We do not share any personally identifying information with these services.

3.2 Payment Processing

• RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions and in-app purchases. They may collect purchase data and device identifiers. View their privacy policy.

We use collected information to:

• Process your AI generation requests

• Manage subscriptions and purchases

• Prevent abuse and fraud (such as multiple free credit claims)

• Improve app performance and stability

• Local Storage: All your created content is stored locally on your device.

• No Cloud Storage: We do not store your images or videos on our servers.

• Temporary Processing: Content sent to AI services is processed temporarily and not stored by us.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data during transmission, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create.

• Sharing: You may save content to your device’s photo library or share it with others.

• Deletion: Content remains on your device until you manually delete the app or clear storage.

• AI-Generated Content: Content is created using artificial intelligence technology.

You have the right to:

• Access: View what data we have (minimal in our case).

• Delete: Remove the app to delete all local data.

You may also request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information we may hold about you by contacting us.
