口頭發表(Presentation) 

1.每篇論文發表時間為8分鐘，問答環節(Q&A) 2分鐘。

2.若研討會當日無法到場簡報，則會喪失特優論文與優選論文評選資格。 

3.請於06/24(一) 23:59 以前，將論文簡報檔案以ppt./pptx.格式寄至大會信箱。

1.The allocated time for each paper presentation is 8 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.

2.If you are unable to present on the day of the conference, you will forfeit your eligibility for Best Paper and Outstanding Paper Competitions. 

3.Please send the presentation file in ppt/pptx format to the conference email before June 24 at 23:59 (UTC+8). 

海報發表(Poster) 

1.海報請以A1尺寸(寬：594mm；長：841mm)進行設計。

2.請於06/24(一) 23:59 以前，將海報檔案以pdf.格式寄至大會信箱。

3.海報請自行印製並於研討會當日10:00前張貼至海報區。

4.若研討會當日無法到場，可委託他人張貼。 

5.研討會當日將進行人氣海報評選，請踴躍參與。

1.Please design the poster with dimensions of A1 size (Width: 594mm; Length: 841mm). 

2.Please send the poster file in pdf format to the conference email before June 24 at 23:59 (UTC+8).

3.Please print the poster yourself and post it in the poster area before 10:00 AM on the day of the conference.

4.If you are unable to attend the conference on the day, you may delegate someone else to post it.

5.There will be a Popular Poster Contest on the day of the conference. Please actively participate.
