Oral Presentation Regulations

01. 口頭發表分為四個時段：

<Track 1>08:30－10:20、<Track 2>11:30－12:30、

<Track 3>13:30－14:55、<Track 4>15:10－16:35

02. 各場次會議室內均安排一位大會工作人員，若會議有任何問題，可直接詢問工作人員。

03. 每篇論文發表時間為8分鐘，問答環節(Q&A) 2分鐘，各場次工作人員將會提醒發表者與主持人剩餘時間。(發表時6分鐘響短鈴提醒並舉牌告示，發表8分鐘分鐘長鈴並舉牌告示結束論文發表，10分鐘響長鈴並舉牌告示結束問答)。

04. 每位發表人報告以8分鐘為限。如必要時，經主持人同意，可酌予延長報告時間或調整報告順序。

05. 每場發表結束後可開放提問2分鐘，或依主持人指示，待該場次所表結束後才進行評論及現場提問。

06. 如為每場開放現場提問2分鐘，請主持人負責掌控現場提問流程。

07. 提問時，發言者請先告知姓名與學校/服務單位，每場發表以每人1次為原則。

08. 每間會議室均提供一台電腦於講桌上，發表人於發表時統一使用大會提供之電腦進行簡報。

09. 發表人及主持人請遵守議程上之發表開始時間，請勿遲到。

10. 發表人請遵守規定之發表時間，並請主持人注意控制時間。

11. 每場會議結束前，請發表人及主持人一同合照留念。

12. 穿著正式服裝進行發表。

13. 發表者言論不代表大會立場。

01. The oral presentations are divided into four sessions:

 <Track 1>08:30－10:20、<Track 2>11:30－12:30、

<Track 3>13:30－14:55、<Track 4>15:10－16:35

02. Each conference room will have a conference staff member assigned. If you have any questions or issues during the session, you can directly approach the staff member for assistance.

03. The allocated time for each paper presentation is 8 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session. The session staff will remind presenters and session chairs of the remaining time

 (a short bell will ring and a sign will be displayed at 6 minutes to indicate the remaining time for the presentation, a long bell will ring and a sign will be displayed at 8 minutes to indicate the end of the presentation, and a long bell will ring and a sign will be displayed at 10 minutes to indicate the end of the Q&A session)

04. Each presenter is limited to 8 minutes. If necessary, with the approval of the session chair, the presentation time may be extended, or the presentation order may be adjusted.

05. After each presentation, there will be a 2-minute Q&A session, or as directed by the session chair, comments and questions will be addressed after all presentations in the session.

06. After each presentation, there is a 2-minute question period, during which the session chair is responsible for managing the flow of live questions.

07. When asking a question, please first state your name and your institution/organization. Each person is limited to one question per presentation.

08. A computer will be provided in each session room. Presenters are requested to use the computer provided by the conference for their presentations.

09.Presenters and session chairs are kindly requested to adhere to the scheduled presentation start time and avoid any delays.

10. Presenters are requested to adhere to the allocated presentation time, and session chairs are advised to control the timing. 

11. Before the conclusion of each session, please take a group photo with the presenters and session chair for a memento.

12. Deliver the presentation in formal attire.
