海報發表規定

Poster Presentation Regulations

01. 海報請以A1尺寸(寬：594mm；長：841mm)進行設計。

02. 海報展示時間為上午10:00至下午15:10，展示場地同一時段同時進行人氣海報票選。

03. 發表者請自行攜帶於上午10:00前到會場海報區張貼海報。（大會將提供圖釘固定海報）

04. 若研討會當日無法到場，可委託他人張貼。

05. 大會結束後請自行取回海報，未取回之海報大會不負保管責任。

06. 海報展示期間，發表者可在旁解說，爭取觀眾支持。

07. 請穿著正式服裝進行發表。

08. 發表者言論不代表大會立場。

01. Please design the poster with dimensions of A1 size (Width: 594mm; Length: 841mm). 

02. The poster display time is from 10:00  to 15:10. During this period, a popular poster voting will also take place at the display venue.

03. Presenters should bring and post their posters in the poster area before 10:00 AM. (The conference will provide drawing pins to secure the posters.)

04. If you are unable to attend on the day of the conference, you may entrust someone else to post your poster.

05. Please retrieve your poster after the conference ends. The conference organizers are not responsible for any posters left behind.

06. During the poster display period, presenters may stand by their posters to explain and garner audience support. 

07. Deliver the presentation in formal attire.

08. The views expressed by the presenters do not represent the official position of the conference.
