Over the break we added ALEKS for higher education within our CGE. If you are interested in using this app, feel free to!  This is now available to you and you may have noticed this new option under your course navigation screen under the course settings page:

You may have noticed a new link under the help feature for SCC Student services, please refer students to the help feature for hours and contact information for many of our departments.  You will also see options for the Canvas Support line (833) 507-7236:

If you use an external calendar for your course, you may embed this Calendar in Canvas!  Here’s how to link a Google calendar into your shell.

Recently we have updated Top Hat to Top Hat LTI 1.3.  If you are currently using Top Hat I encourage you to transition to the new LTI 1.3.  During  the Spring-Summer transition we will discontinue Top Hat and only have access to Top Hat LTI 1.3.  If you are currently using this app please take note.  There have been a few hiccups with TopHat 1.0 and we hope to resolve by Summer 2023.
