Description/History:

Dwaas was always been toying with his kind and their companions, whether it was using magic to soak his neighbor with water or painting stray kiddles with his signature. Eventually his pranks got so bad someone in town snapped and attacked him, and it's safe to say that was the last time Dwaas pranked someone... Until he somehow revived himself. Now he is the trickster spirit of his own holiday, Dwaas's Fools!

For some reason when Marco arrives into town, Dwaas is no where to bee seen.
