Repair 101 and-or Upcycling workshop
During trustee Mana Wang’s Spring ECO Fair, SZW has organized a Repair Café 101 raffle & an Upcycling Pillow Workshop that have allowed elementary and high school students to learn how to mend, restore, and repurpose everyday items—keeping them out of landfills and giving them a second life! This activity was made possible, thanks to the support of the city of Toronto.
Our team of volunteers would be glad to facilitate those activities in schools. Please contact us for more details.
