To join our club please complete the following form. Make check  for $10.00 payable to "Sun City Anthem Community Association, Inc." and include a completed and signed copy of the Hiking & Outing Club Membership Waiver. You can check your status  on the Club Roster. Place in the Hiking Club Mailbox or Bring to next meeting. Click on the black box on the top right hand corner to print.
