iLead Lil Kids slide decks feature John C. Maxwell’s values-based leadership lessons connecting values and leadership. Each of its 3 decks contains 6 values for use across a school year (3 values each semester). Use instructions and recommended pacing guide are incorporated into each deck. Use with students beginning with Kindergarten through grade 2 or refer to your designated scope and sequence.

Preparing to Launch
Create an account on the Maxwell Leadership Foundation print storefront to download the iLead Lil Kids presentation deck in which you will be engaging students. (1st deck begins with Choices; 2nd deck begins with Forgiveness and 3rd deck begins with Teachability).
Review the instructions, pacing and list of materials needed located at the beginning of each Value's slide deck.
2.
Launch First Semester
Week 1
Begin iLead Lil Kids lessons using the presentation deck.
Reminder: 20 minutes 2x per week or follow pacing selected.
Weeks 2-12
Continue 1-2 lesson sections per week until the 3rd Value of the semester is complete. The first set of 3 Values will take approx 10-12 weeks (one semester). The second set will be completed in semester 2.
Sponsor (Teacher) should attend the Collaboration Session during the semester (see Collaborations).

Launch Second Semester
Weeks 1-12
If you are your school's iLead Champion, submit Spring Enrollment Form
Complete the second set of Values using the pacing you selected.
