When we grow together, we are empowered to create better learning experiences. Purposeful collaboration is indispensable to creating a growth-based learning environment. It up-levels our thinking. And it contributes to student success.
In partnership with Growing Leaders, The South Carolina Department of Education will host collaborative meetings to offer support to teachers and receive feedback regarding the iLead curriculum. iLead teachers should plan to attend each of their respective cohort's Collaboration Sessions.

These interactive and collaborative sessions are extremely helpful for identifying barriers, collaborating with best practice strategies to support students, and encouraging each other to keep going! Bring a device on which to share your feedback with South Carolina Department of Education and Growing Leaders and be prepared to share your "glow and grow" experiences with your colleagues in breakout sessions.
