Each of iLead Online course covers universal values-based leadership topics that explore students' habits and attitudes in weekly peer to peer small and large group sessions. These leadership topics are presented as images and are designed to ignite conversation and application for a fundamentally different way of learning timeless life and leadership truths. Use instructions are provided in the state of the art online platform.

Preparing to Launch
Prep Week
Obtain your iLead Online Platform credentials from your school's iLead Champion.
Determine a 30 min protected time for at least 8 consecutive weeks for engaging students in iLead.
Login and review the iLead Online platform.
Follow the instructions in the platform and make use of the resources provided.
Select whether you will equip students with printed or digital access to content.
1.
Lesson One Student Self-Evaluation (6th-12th grade students only)
A pre-course student self-evaluation precedes the iLead lessons. Have students complete the pre-course self-evaluation prior to beginning the leadership lessons.
A video is included in lesson one to prepare students for a successful iLead experience.
2.
Launch
Week 1
Begin iLead Online using the delivery method selected (small group or large group).
Prior to engaging in peer to peer (small group) lessons, use appropriate protocols for student group formation.
Provide students with digital access or printed materials as needed. Reminder: 30 minutes per week.
Rate lessons as you complete them.
Week 2-13
Continue one lesson each week for at least 8 weeks.
Teacher should attend the Collaboration Session during the semester (see Collaboration Sessions).

Register for Spring Semester (iLead School Champion only)
If you are your school's iLead Champion, submit Spring Enrollment Form
5.
Final Lesson Student Self-Evaluation (6th-12th grade students)
A post-course student self-evaluation procedes the iLead lessons. Have students complete the post-course self-evaluation upon completion of the leadership lessons.
