The two Keynotes will be provided utilizing the WEBINAR platform; which means that only host and spotlighted (aka: panelists) persons will be visible to the larger audience. We decided to utilize this function to avoid distractions and maximize ASL Interpreter and Speaker views. Webinar platform is sponsored by UBC-ECPS.
The Roundtable sessions will be through a regular Zoom Meeting, with two breakout rooms (A, B) for the presentations and a third room for Troubleshooting in each session. Participants will be able to join the main room and self-select into the breakout room they wish to access. You may view the Session Schedule for more information. Please note, that if you are collecting ACVREP-CEUs, you must stay in the room you selected once the session began. We are taking attendance and will be sharing it with AER the issuer of the Certificates. Please make sure we have your first and last name you ill use for your Certificate (you can rename yourself in Zoom).
PLEASE see the Links in your email you used to register with Eventbrite, and the PowerPoint deck in the sessions.
ASL interpreters will be provided for both Keynote sessions. This service is sponsored by PRCVI.
We have enabled Captions and Transcripts.
