Research: “I develop algorithms to facilitate the creation of autonomous systems that can safely and productively learn from and work with humans. In particular, my work serves to enable and facilitate collaborative artificial intelligence to make human workers safer, more effective, and more efficient at their jobs. My research spans many fields within robotics and computer science, including Learning from Demonstration, Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning, Activity Recognition, Behavioral Modeling, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Science, Deep Learning, and Human-Robot Interaction, with applications across manufacturing / Industry 4.0, cybersecurity, healthcare, disaster response, defense, and assistive technologies.”

Talk will be focused on Reinforcement Learning in Robotics and how this researcher is translated into industry solutions not only in robotics but also in cyber security.
