REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS:

There are three parts to registration:

1. Teacher Registration: Fill out the online registration for your school. (may be done by a parent or other adult for students who are homeschooled or at schools where there are no other participants). The process is NEW this year, the online registration replaces the old spreadsheets! Due Feb. 12

2. Student Registration: Each student and their parents must complete this online form. Please fill this out as soon as possible; we will accept student registration forms through February 24, 2025.

3. Payment: Invoices can be generated from the school dashboard by the teacher. Payment is due on Feb. 28 (mail to the address on the invoice or bring check to the event).

Each school may submit 3 projects per category (for example 3 individual exhibits and 3 group exhibits in each division).

Paperwork (one PDF including Title Page, Process Paper, and Bibliography) must be submitted by midnight PST on February 24, 2025 via the registration system

Project links for Podcasts, Websites, and Documentaries are also Due Feb. 24 (make sure you have made them viewable by anyone with the link) via the registration system

Fees:  $15 per student

Please note: in order to use the new online registration system, we have had to revise our fee structure. We will now charge the same fee per student, regardless of how many projects your school submits. Teachers will generate the invoice from their online dashboard once their school registration is complete. This change in pricing will not make a significant change to the cost for most schools. In the case of very small school groups it will lower the cost. However, for larger schools, those sending the most projects, this new structure could increase the cost, depending on how many students are in each group. If this presents a significant problem for your school or department budget, please email SBPhistoryday@gmail.com and we will honor the previously published cap of $500 for any one school division for this year only. 

 Please have your volunteers fill out this form as soon as possible.
