WEBSITE authoring tool

Students must create their websites with NHDWebCentral

NHD has put together a collection of videos, a FAQ, and some helpful tips and examples to get you started on the new system. Visit the main page here. Make sure you leave enough time for yourself and your students to get used to the new tools.

Students need to know that the program does not auto save (teach them to save early and save often) and that it does not spell check, so they should draft in a program that does. With a little time learning the system, they can make great websites to showcase their research and analysis.

Teachers: Each SCHOOL may send 3 projects in each category in each division. If you have more than 3 projects from your school in any category you MUST hold a school competition.

The categories and divisions are:

Elementary Division (Grades 4-5):

Junior Division (Grades 6-8):

Senior Division (Grades 9-12)
