REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS:
There are three parts to registration:
Teacher Spreadsheet: Fill out the google sheets information for your school. (may be done by a parent or other adult for students who are homeschooled or at schools where there are no other participants). PLEASE only send this spreadsheet in when it is complete. Share it with SBPhistoryday@gmail.com and note in the email that it is finished. Do not update the spreadsheet after you have submitted it. If you need to make changes, please email SBPhistoryday@gmail.com Due Feb. 9
Google Doc Version (do not edit after you have submitted)
Student Registration: Each student and their parents must complete this form. We would like this form at the same time as the teacher form, but we will accept student registration forms through February 12.
Payment: Invoices will be sent after the spreadsheet has been submitted. Payment is due on March 1.
Projects and/or paperwork must be submitted by midnight PST on February 26, 2024
