Objective:
is conceptualized to sustain and increase the number of enrollment to ensure that all school age children, youth and adults are in school and have access to basic education.
Formerly called Project ZERO, Zealous Effort in Reducing Occurrence of drop out, Project TRIM (Tailored drop out Reduction and Intervention Management) encompasses the desire of San Pascual teaching force to make learning accessible to everyone and maintain an excellent performance by helping students move from one grade level to another.
Objective:
it aims to decrease the number of dropout from 4 to zero in three years. To realize this objective the school conceived activities that shall be undertaken for the next three years. Among these are: identification of students at risk of dropping out, assessment of gathered data from the advisers, orientation about Project ZERO, teaming, strengthening student support and external linkages, and adoption of Alternative Delivery Mode.
The Alternative Delivery System is a customized educational initiative at San Pascual Senior High School 1, designed to support students who face diverse learning difficulties. It focuses on providing flexible teaching methods and adaptive resources to meet the unique needs of each student. The system aims to ensure that every learner, regardless of their challenges, receives a quality education tailored to their abilities.

Project GIYA (Giving Interventions to Youths At-risk)
Objective:
focuses on learners in situation of disadvantaged to cultivate the culture of equity. This project stands resolute on its advocacy to foster equity and to highlight inclusivity. To deal with the upshots of their condition, Project GIYA includes activities such as the identification of the learners in situation of disadvantaged, assessment of their needs, and provision of academic support, conduct of seminar-workshops with parents and disadvantaged learners, acquisition of financial sponsorships from public and private individuals.
BLOSSOM_Boosting Lifelong learning and Opportunities for Students' Academic Success Offered through Meaningful Mentoring

Training and Resources Allotment for Continuity of Education in time of Disaster, underlines the resilience and well-being pillar of the Basic Education Development Program.
Objective:It emphasizes the significance of health and safety awareness on handling and surviving natural and human-induced hazards. It generally aims to equip learners with sufficient knowledge on coping with unforeseen situations. .
Project THRIVE
Project THRIVE (Teacher Harnessing Resilience, Inspiration, Vitality , and Energy)
was created to help alleviate the tiredness and provide assistance and support for the teachers' well-being. Through school-initiated activities that would help them unwind and reduce their stress while having fun, it is a school-based initiative project that aims to promote good health and wellbeing among the staff, both teaching and non-teaching, at San Pascual Senior High School 1.
Objective: This project aims to ease the exhaustion and the stress of the school personnel that will help them to be more productive at work; help to lessen the difficulties that the personnel encountered that will also lessen the weight that they carry while working; encourage them to engage in exercising for the benefit of their body; prepare fun and enjoyable activities to create a stronger bond and camaraderie with everyone; create a space where the personnel will feel safe and relaxed; sustain a healthy body, mind, and soul; and, provide differentiated activities that will provide them ideas that can enhance their teaching ways and strategies.
