Objective:
is conceptualized to sustain and increase the number of enrollment to ensure that all school age children, youth and adults are in school and have access to basic education.
Formerly called Project ZERO, Zealous Effort in Reducing Occurrence of drop out, Project TRIM (Tailored drop out Reduction and Intervention Management) encompasses the desire of San Pascual teaching force to make learning accessible to everyone and maintain an excellent performance by helping students move from one grade level to another.
Objective:
it aims to decrease the number of dropout from 4 to zero in three years. To realize this objective the school conceived activities that shall be undertaken for the next three years. Among these are: identification of students at risk of dropping out, assessment of gathered data from the advisers, orientation about Project ZERO, teaming, strengthening student support and external linkages, and adoption of Alternative Delivery Mode.
The Alternative Delivery System is a customized educational initiative at San Pascual Senior High School 1, designed to support students who face diverse learning difficulties. It focuses on providing flexible teaching methods and adaptive resources to meet the unique needs of each student. The system aims to ensure that every learner, regardless of their challenges, receives a quality education tailored to their abilities.
Objective:
This project aims to deliver personalized learning experiences that cater to the individual challenges of students, ensuring equitable access to education. It seeks to create a supportive learning environment where flexible instructional strategies address various difficulties, helping students achieve their full potential. By promoting inclusivity and adaptability, the system intends to enhance overall student engagement and academic success.

Project GIYA (Giving Interventions to Youths At-risk)
Objective:
focuses on learners in situation of disadvantaged to cultivate the culture of equity. This project stands resolute on its advocacy to foster equity and to highlight inclusivity. To deal with the upshots of their condition, Project GIYA includes activities such as the identification of the learners in situation of disadvantaged, assessment of their needs, and provision of academic support, conduct of seminar-workshops with parents and disadvantaged learners, acquisition of financial sponsorships from public and private individuals.
BLOSSOM_Boosting Lifelong learning and Opportunities for Students' Academic Success Offered through Meaningful Mentoring

Objective:
It was designed with three key objectives: a) to decrease the number of struggling readers from 39 to zero in three years; b) decrease the number of low numerates from 72 to zero in three years; and, c) increase the performance level from 75% to 78% in three years.
Project BONETE
Bonded Network of Teachers is a collaborative initiative aimed at fostering stronger connections and mutual support among teachers at San Pascual Senior High School 1.
Objective:
The project seeks to enhance communication and resource-sharing among faculty members, promoting a more cohesive and supportive teaching environment. Through regular meetings and shared platforms, BONETE aims to address common challenges and improve overall teaching effectiveness.
LINKS (Literacy and Numeracy, Knowledge and Skills) is an initiative designed to strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy skills among students at San Pascual Senior High School 1.
Objective:
The project aims to improve students' reading, writing, and mathematical abilities through targeted interventions and specialized programs. By fostering essential knowledge and skills, LINKS seeks to enhance academic performance and prepare students for future challenges.
TRUNKS_Taskforce in Reinforcing Urgency on Necessary K12 Safety
Training and Resources Allotment for Continuity of Education in time of Disaster, underlines the resilience and well-being pillar of the Basic Education Development Program.
Objective:It emphasizes the significance of health and safety awareness on handling and surviving natural and human-induced hazards. It generally aims to equip learners with sufficient knowledge on coping with unforeseen situations. .
Project THRIVE
Project THRIVE (Teacher Harnessing Resilience, Inspiration, Vitality , and Energy)
was created to help alleviate the tiredness and provide assistance and support for the teachers' well-being. Through school-initiated activities that would help them unwind and reduce their stress while having fun, it is a school-based initiative project that aims to promote good health and wellbeing among the staff, both teaching and non-teaching, at San Pascual Senior High School 1.
Objective: This project aims to ease the exhaustion and the stress of the school personnel that will help them to be more productive at work; help to lessen the difficulties that the personnel encountered that will also lessen the weight that they carry while working; encourage them to engage in exercising for the benefit of their body; prepare fun and enjoyable activities to create a stronger bond and camaraderie with everyone; create a space where the personnel will feel safe and relaxed; sustain a healthy body, mind, and soul; and, provide differentiated activities that will provide them ideas that can enhance their teaching ways and strategies.
Project STRIVE
Building on the success and impact of Project THRIVE, the school launched Project STRIVE (Students Towards Resiliency through Involvement, Vitality, and Entreaty), a parallel initiative focused on student well-being. Project STRIVE (Students Towards Resiliency through Involvement, Vitality, and Entreaty) Summary for Students) is inspired by the same principles as Project THRIVE, emphasizing the importance of resilience, involvement, and vitality in students' lives. Just as teachers benefit from activities that help them stay strong and connected, Project STRIVE aims to provide students with opportunities to build resilience, engage with their peers, and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Objective: Project STRIVE will offer a diverse range of activities to promote personal growth and holistic well-being. These include educational tours, leadership training, and reflective sessions focused on values formation and spirituality. Students will also have opportunities to participate in Vanguard's Camp, which emphasizes teamwork and resilience, as well as physical wellness programs to encourage an active lifestyle. By integrating these elements, Project STRIVE aims to create a supportive environment that nurtures students’ academic, emotional, and spiritual development, aligning with the school's commitment to fostering their overall potential.
ROOTS_Resources, Operation,Organization, Training and Support
(Accentuating Collaboration and Teamwork through Innovative and Varied Engagement techniques among Stakeholders) Project ACTIVE at San Pascual Senior High School 1 is designed to enhance collaboration among stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents, and community members, through a series of innovative engagement activities. The project aims to build stronger relationships and encourage teamwork by facilitating varied and creative interactions that address common goals. These activities will serve as a platform for stakeholders to share ideas, solve problems collaboratively, and contribute to the overall success of the school community.
Objective: The objective of Project ACTIVE is to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among all stakeholders at San Pascual Senior High School 1 by implementing innovative and varied engagement techniques. Through these activities, the project aims to create opportunities for stakeholders to actively participate in decision-making processes, ensuring that diverse perspectives are integrated into school initiatives. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen the sense of community and shared responsibility, encouraging open communication and cooperative efforts toward achieving the school’s goals.
(Adequate Learning Environment, resources and Technique) focuses on addressing adequate water supply, students' chair, and drainage system.
Objective:aims to provide a comfortable and conducive learning environment to encourage positive learning outcomes through the conduct of awareness meeting on water supply shortage; distribution of water supply infographics; coordination with the local government unit and/or central office; and, orientation on drainage matter.Also focuses in the updates in the;earning resources including books.
