Principle 3: Accountability and Continuous Improvement 

San Pascual Senior High School 1 places great emphasis on accountability and continuous improvement, as highlighted by Principle 3. To ensure a proactive approach towards progress, the school implements a comprehensive monitoring system through TEAM Masdan (Monitoring and Assessment in the Development and Actualization of Action Plans of SIP) for all SIP (School Improvement Plan) Projects and Programs. This monitoring process is complemented by the Quality Assurance and Monitoring Assessment (QAME) and valuable feedback from stakeholders. By combining the results of these assessments and gathering insights from various stakeholders, the school effectively identifies areas for improvement and revises action plans accordingly, based on suggested recommendations. Encouraging an inclusive approach, everyone is given the opportunity to share their opinions and perspectives, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to the betterment of San Pascual Senior High School 1. 

 Ang San Pascual Senior High School 1 ay nagbibigay ng malaking halaga sa pagiging accountable at patuloy na pag-unlad, gaya ng binibigyang-diin ng Prinsipyo 3. Upang masiguro ang proaktibong pag-unlad, ipinatutupad ng paaralan ang isang malawakang monitoring system sa pamamagitan ng TEAM Masdan (Monitoring and Assessment in the Development and Actualization of Action Plans of SIP) para sa lahat ng mga Proyekto at Programa ng SIP (School Improvement Plan). Ang prosesong ito ng monitoring ay pinapaigting pa ng Quality Assurance and Monitoring Assessment (QAME) at mahalagang puna mula sa mga stakeholder. Sa pagpapagsama ng mga resulta ng mga pagsusuri na ito at pagkuha ng mga pananaw mula sa iba't ibang stakeholder, matagumpay na nakikilala ng paaralan ang mga larangan kung saan maaaring magkaroon ng pagpapabuti at binabago ang mga plano ng aksyon ayon sa mga iminumungkahing rekomendasyon. Sa pagpapahalaga sa pagiging kasali, binibigyan ng pagkakataon ang lahat na ibahagi ang kanilang mga opinyon at pananaw, na nagtataguyod ng isang pakikipagtulungan sa pagpapabuti ng San Pascual Senior High School 1.
