The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has issued their final Mutual Agreement Order (MAO). This document outlines the requirements and conditions for construction around the Waters of the U.S. which encompasses both the stream and wetlands labeled 2B on this Wetlands Delineation map .

Additionally, the City Planning Director has issued his decision regarding the applications for Final Planned Unit Development as well as the Standards Review. They have both been approved with conditions. SVOM has reviewed the decision andhas determined that there are legal grounds for an appeal.
