All donations go to cover ongoing legal fees and any administrative costs as we continue to address issues with
the proposed development. 

Currently we are challenging permit applications with the Oregon Dept. of State Lands, the US Army Corps
of Engineers, and the Dept. of Environmental Quality which would allow removal of
approximately 3.1 acres of the 4.56 acres wetlands on the property.

We are working to enact permanent changes within the City of Eugene planning code
in order to improve fire safety and public input guidelines, and bring Eugene into compliance
with the State of Oregon’s Goal 5 Mandate.
