Contact the Board of Education
The #1 way you can make an impact is by letting the school board know what is important to YOU. Here's how you can do that:
ATTEND the next CMS Board of Education meeting
Tuesday, September 8th
Chamber Room of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center 600 E. Fourth St., Charlotte, NC 28202
We will meet at 5:45pm to be able to sit together for 6:00pm start
Wear a bright blue shirt
If you are registered to speak, you should have received an email with the subject: Thanks for filling out this form: Board of Education Public Speaking Sign Up
Those who have not registered are eligible to do so by 5:00 pm on the day before the meeting. Instructions here.
EMAIL the Board of Education
Attached you will find an optional email template and contact list that you may copy and paste to send to Board members
If you use the template, please personalize it to be reflective of your personal stance on the topic of Save Madison Central Park
Contact each member separately. It is more meaningful that way.
